Somnath Bidi Factory was founded by Mr. Suresh Chandra Das in the village of Promod Pally, Nadia, West Bengal. Starting as a small family enterprise, the factory began producing traditional handcrafted bidi using age-old techniques.
The factory expanded its operations, employing more local artisans and increasing production capacity. The reputation for quality spread across Nadia district and neighbouring areas.
Distribution network expanded to cover 15+ districts across West Bengal. The factory introduced new product lines including Premium Bidi and Special Filter Bidi.
Somnath Bidi Factory is now one of West Bengal's most trusted names in traditional bidi manufacturing, with 500+ skilled workers and pan-India delivery capabilities.
